The Consortium announces the commencement of expropriation proceedings aimed at acquiring the remaining areas owned by individual members of the Cooperativa Figoli "SS Trinità", registered in Sheet 20 of the Municipality of Oristano, as well as an area adjacent to land already owned by the Entity, facing Via Libeccio and registered in Sheet 21 of the same Municipality. The intervention is aimed at promoting the necessary conditions for the creation and development of productive activities in the industrial and service sectors.
Within 15 days from the date of this notice, the current owner or anyone with an interest may review the documents of this proceeding and submit any written observations.
