Unioncamere, in collaboration with the Department for Equal Opportunities, promotes the Gender Equality Certification project for small and medium-sized enterprises, assuming the role of Implementing Body within the framework of PNRR M5C1-I1.3 "Gender Equality Certification System".
Concrete support for businesses
SMEs that wish to reduce the gender gap within their company can access financial contributions for technical assistance and support services, as well as to obtain the certification itself.

The new public notice (published on February 11, 2025) provides for the allocation of contributions through vouchers, with applications open:
