Description
Thanks to significant funding, strategic interventions will be initiated to complete the consortium potable water aqueduct serving the Industrial Agglomeration of Oristano. The project's goal is to optimize the water service, meet the growing needs of the settlements in the area, and promote a more efficient and sustainable use of the water resource.
Among the planned works:
• Renovation of the water distribution network in the Central Body of the Agglomeration;
• Construction of a new storage tank and upgrading of the existing one;
• Commissioning of new extraction wells in the Is Melonis area;
• Improvement of the connecting pipelines between existing tanks;
• Creation of a storage basin with a variable regime lifting plant.
These interventions will ensure a more efficient service, higher water quality, reduced waste, and a more adequate supply capacity to support the development of the industrial area.
