Description
The Consortium hereby gives notice of the commencement of the expropriation procedure aimed at acquiring certain areas located within the territory of the Municipality of Santa Giusta, recorded in Cadastral Sheet 1, which are required for the implementation of works for the safety improvement and enhancement of accessibility and usability of vehicular and pedestrian traffic along the section of Provincial Road SP 56 between the urban area of Santa Giusta and the boundary with the Municipality of Oristano.
Within 30 days from the date of this notice, the current owner or any party having an interest may submit to the Authority any observations in written form.
