In the attached map, the areas marked in blue represent the land lots currently available, which are still owned by the Consortium. For these areas, it is possible to submit a reservation request, the first step to initiate the allocation process.
What is the reservation
The reservation constitutes a temporary option on the identified lot, with a minimum duration of 90 days.
The requests are examined in chronological order by the Consortium Offices and subsequently submitted for approval to the Board of Directors, which deliberates on the allocation.
Upon justified request, the Board may extend the duration of the reservation, according to the procedures outlined in the Regulations.
Availability verification
Given the dynamic nature of allocations, lot availability may vary even in the short term.
For this reason, before submitting the application, it is advisable to contact the Consortium Technical Office, which can provide an updated and accurate verification of the actual availability of the area of interest.
