To enhance the value of the facilities already built within the Industrial Agglomeration of Oristano and to limit the consumption of new land, CIPOR, in accordance with Art. 63 of Law 448/1998, has the possibility to reacquire unused properties and lots.

Thanks to this authority, the Consortium has regained possession of five industrial sites, strategically located in the Central Area of the Agglomeration, close to the quays of the Port’s Navigable Channel.
