How to establish your business
The procedure for allocating areas for the establishment of new production sites is regulated by the Regulations for the Sale of Industrial Lots and is completed through the following steps:
Lease of industrial areas and buildings
To enhance the potential of all facilities built within the Agglomeration and promote their use while limiting land consumption, the Consortium has the authority—granted by law (Art. 63, Law 448/1998)—to reacquire industrial areas.
Sale of lots for productive settlements
The areas marked in blue represent the land lots currently available, which are still owned by the Consortium. For these areas, it is possible to submit a reservation request, the first step to initiate the allocation process.
