Northern Sector of the Oristano Industrial Agglomeration

The Northern Sector of the Oristano industrial agglomeration is located south of the urban area and benefits from a direct connection to Provincial Road 56, which links Oristano to Santa Giusta. It is also connected to the Sardinian State Railway network through a newly completed rail junction, soon to be activated.

This area has established itself as a preferred location for small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly operating in the fields of services, technical assistance, plant engineering, and maintenance.

The Northern Sector also hosts major public service facilities, including the Harbor Master’s Office – Coast Guard, the Provincial Fire Brigade Headquarters, the Department of Motor Vehicles, the Guardia di Finanza, as well as educational and training institutions such as the State Technical Industrial Institute “Othoca” and the Regional Vocational Training Center “Giulio Pastore”.

In recent years, following updates introduced by the Consortium to the Territorial Regulatory Plan (PRTC), the area has also welcomed the establishment of medium and large commercial activities.
